Hygeia

Hygiene is weak, unsuited to soothe sick
Hygeia the goddess; modernists damned her
Except for her vowels, primal and acoustic,
That still hold men, of clarity enamored,
Brushing their teeth with proper grammar
And rinsing out their ears with music.
